Yes, that should be fine. The most important thing is that someone can reproduce your look based on your tutorial. Close-ups of wat you are doing are important.

It can be a slide show, but a video would be great : ) A close-up of the eyes when doing the look is a plus. Watch the winning tutorial from June - it has all the components of a great video.
