Yeah divawalking, they were all crack users and didn't say what happend. Also the charges were dropped because the lady didn't say he touched her, and I guess she had a criminal offence on her aswell, so they dropped sowell's charges. This is kind of scary, My school is right next to this, and whenever I'd pass it I smelled dead bodies which was HORRIBLE smell, I always thought it was sewers/ sausage factory
