I've always known this hymn as "There's A Wideness In God's Mercy" but couldn't find it. I didn't know you had it under this name. Anyways, regardless of the name, I really like this melody! Thanks for sharing. You play great!
@CaptainVideo100 It isn't uncommon for a hymn tune to several several texts and I think that In Babilone is one such example...there are examples of it in every hymnal I own (and I own several from different denominations
Like Northern Alabama, nights in southwestern Pennsylvania are in the lower 50's - we will be leaving for Pinellas County FL (snow birds) in about 3 weeks, where we will attend St, Dunstan's Anglican Church in Largo. can't wait.
Colorado! We've only had one 100 degree day this year - and all seasons.
Actually I have gone over Molass Pass (yes, that's the right name) on July 3rd when the plows were out and there was 3 inches of snow! Anyway thanks for this - I know it as you do with many names.
You're welcome - we had a 100 degree day also and many 95-99 days, too hot for me. I might do this Hymn Tune again with the many variations and harmonizations.
How cold does it get in the winter down there. I may try it during the winter sometime. Try Michigan in like January when it can get to 3 below zero with about 4 feet of snow on the groung. But this year is supposed to be really dry yet bitterly cold. But it can be beautiful to look at.

Love the song.
You dress like you have clothes
for every song. You must mix and
match. Here's in North Alabama
the nights are already down in the 50"s and I hate winter. Rent me a room in Florida?
