  • It's called 'The Girls of Banbridge'. It doesn't seem very common in Irish music sessions in my experience. I first heard it on a recording of De Dannan playing at the Cambridge folk fest, years ago.

  • Don't know. It might be on their 1999 CD Bluegrass Sessions: Tales From The Acoustic Planet Vol. 2 (Which I haven't heard in full- try as I might, can't get websites to play samples for some reason)

  • I don't know too many Irish jigs... if it was the Road to Lisdoonvarna I'd've gotten it but then I guess so would everyone else! LOL. Sounded nice though, post some more.

  • Sounds very familiar but I can't place it. sounds a little like star above the garter. now this is gonna drive me crazy all day.
