For those unable to open task manager: I restarted my computer and immediately opened the task manager before the anti pro virus could stopped me (before the anti virus program started), and I successfully removed the proccess.

For example Avast or AVG. Besides spending $40 dollars on NOD 32 V4.0 is a much better deal then shelling out 3,000 dollars for a Mac.

when you end a process, it is gone till you restart the computer or the program. If you want to remove it totally, you need to delete that file from the hard disk

The VIRUS CHANGE THE EXE. TO "brtdsysguard" THAT WHAT YOU SHOULD END RUNNING. ALSO "brtdsysguard" IN FOUND IN PROGRAM FILES UNDER THE FOLDER "pmurow"

Yeah because i didn't see the exe. that you were talking about. Another hint is to goto program files and change the file into detail files so you can see whats the newest edition to your program files and thats how I knew the "pmurow" folder didn't belong. Anyways thank for your video. That virus tried to keep me offline and keep me from searching for "Antivirus pro" with pop ups. Thanks again!

Download/ install a small tool called HijackThis from TrendSecure(dot)com, and run it , it will generate a log file, you can post the contents of the file here or mail it to support(at)comprolive(dot)com, after seeing the log, i can tell you the exact files and the steps to remove them

I got it because my trend micro settings were set at low security. So I restored my comp to like 10 days. Then I put the settings at high. Never had a problem since.

Help. I cannot delet IApro.exe from the task manager. Every time I try it justs pops back up a few seconds later. I also cannot find the internetantivirussproi.exe or iavir.exe or iaupdater,exe on my task manager. Any idea what these files are named currently? Thankls for any assistance

it happens if there is a malware process in the memory. Either remove it from the windows startup list. Or do a boot time scan using any antivirus application.

Help. Everytime I delete IApro.exe from the task manager it pops right back up. I also do not have any of the other entries in my task manager that is no iaupdater.exe, no iainternetviruspro.exe nor any iavir.exe Have they been renamed for 2009 and if so do you know what as I would like to get rid of this mess.
