Don't be deceived. From his other videos, this is guy is pretty strong. But this video is not as impressive since the handle thickness on that thing look like less than an inch. I could probably bust out quite a few more reps with that kettlebell vs a dragon door or a Lifeline. Handle thickness plays a larger factor than most people think.
@gogs008 The handle is about 1 1/16's thick and kettlebell actual weight is 42.5 kg sold as a 40kg. I think if you have sufficient grip strength then the thicker handle kb's should pose no problem. Lack of grip strength will cause issues with snatches and cleans more than a press. My kettlebells over 60kg all have a handle size of 48mm which is just shy of 2 inches and I have no issues doing 20 rep clean and press with a 60kg. Thanks for your comment
