Quite pointless considering there's instructions on the typekit site which cover this at non-lightening speed. I'm a designer and although i can use typekit - I still think that video was about a billion miles too quick.

Or rather the other way around, people that WOULD use Typekit are propabably web designers and knows very much about this.
