No Ron Paul doesn't believe in the conspiracy, he just thinks that too much government is automatically incompetent. he thinks Terrorism is a cause of our active involvement in foriegn countries. Ron Paul is wrong about foreign policy. Yes it pisses alot of people off and gives them an excuse to attack, but Islamic terrorists would attack everyone in the west even if America had been isolated for the past 50 years, because their religion demands it of them.
