@badassdesi ... why on earth not!? Make it your own, we wanted to cook a lamb dish (we were hungry for lamb), but cook up chicken, beef, a load of tasty vegetables...what ever takes your fancy :)

very straight forward. a very good recipe. You could perhaps substitute the lamb with chicken instead for this one....just thinking
