I am taking a wild guess, but I think Kurt basically asked how Latoya Jackson (sister of Michael) could pose nude with a snake but not have sex with her sleazy husband. I remember Latoya posing nude for Playboy in the early 90s and a couple of the pics, she was posing with a snake and I know she was married to some white guy who did look kinda of shady & I am guessing this is what Kurt is reffering to.
