  • HE VERY POOR FARMER YES

  • @corkguy09 no he is very very wealthy he is just nearing retirement he doesnt see the point in upgrading

  • yer man was handy gettin through the gate with the mower

  • don't see many old harvesters working any more. ad-f rotted most of them out

  • the 15 is fair cool and in great condition those 1905 were the bees knees in there day

  • that was simply brilliant, old school!! 5*

  • 10/10 Great vid lad nice to see a bit of old skool kit still been maintained and operated around the place these days!. Quality stuff! Thier was a fella near me had a NH 1895 twas known locally as the "Sun Shine Harvester" coz any drop of rain it would get block but twas no way maintained as good as this outfit!

  • Great video. I am fairly sure that Dan Joe was using the same 1895 twenty years ago. I remember the old lamborgini mowing and the county on the pit.

He still has a smashing outfit.

  • @desjack1 yeah he was the lamborgini had the 9ft tarrup with a swarther on it, the county is getting a restoration and will be pulling a 6 furrow plough at shows, he will be taking the 1895 to shows too

  • eceptional kit, lovely tw he has, dont see much of these machines nowadays, great stuff

  • Da 1895 is a mity harvester

  • Them Ford TWs are some animal of a tractor!! The contractor near me used to have a few of them, i never seen a New Holland 1895 harvester, i remember the 1905 well, it's small compared to the modern harvesters of today!!

  • really nice,gear and vid

  • Great vid, good to see the classics in action

  • great driver on the mower fran !! lovely classics

  • @CORRIFARM ya he'd want to be he has been mowing for 25 years now

  • god thats some outfit, true classics except the manitou. Is it farmer or contractor owned?

  • @endamc79 yeah he had a county before but it was just too slow, em read the first piece of the video it clearly says contractor

  • @endamc79 oh right Ted, so does this contractor cut many acres?

  • @endamc79 no he only has 6 customers these days but baack in the day there wud have been alot more, most of the customers would have between 12 to 30 acers depending on the size of the farm

  • @DAF460 even though its a great outfit its still slow compared to the modern outfit and with bad weather where speed is important he'id probably find it hard to get alot of customers. With less expense tied up he could do the job cheaper though.

  • @endamc79 yeah well that grass was too dry that day and it kept getting wraped up around the intake, plus all his gear is paid for so why bother getting new machines

  • @DAF460 I agree, We used to run a NH 525 and a 550 trailed chopper, they were great machines but that was a problem with the pick-up reels, if the grass was really dry it used to wrap up round the auger, slowed the job down big time!!

  • @endamc79 were u asking if the manitou was farmer owned because it is.
