Wiretaps of the type that Bush jr. undertook, if it could be proved that is still happening, then yes that would be unconstitutional. I don't like the patriot act either, and I do think it should be repealed - but passing it is not an "unconstitutional," impeachable offense. @LordVigeous666999 The Patriot act loosens the restrictions on wiretaps, ture. But what Bush did wrong was to authorize the NSA to perform wiretaps and to bypass the FISA court altogether. That is not allowed, under the patriot act or otherwise. As for Gitmo, perhaps you don't remember last year how they wanted to give a some of them trials, and how the rightwingers then proceeded to lose their minds? Gitmo is open today becasue the Repubs are obstructing it's closure.

The congress claims authority under the interstate commerce clause to regulate health Insurance. But interstate commerce of health insurance is banned. You can't say, we're banning it, but because there is so much of it, we can regulate it
