Damed this game has so nice graphics and gameplay i can say but i didn't liked at all the open pvp i would like it to have sth like wow or war has you know battleground think for me only the sieges were good at pvp...how are the things now i havent played since christmass.....
The problem I found with WoW is it has become "fool proof", it's so easy to complete all of the raid content and most of the achievements are pretty simple except for "the insane" "the exalted" and completing ICC heroic achievements, the game has become too simple... I can faceroll my keyboard and still do well. The lich king was a joke, algalon and kael'thas, those were bosses.

Wow isnt dead YET,but NCsoft has prepared the perfect plan to eliminate it.Aion was just the first hit,Aion 2.0 will be the second,then Guild wars 2,Lineage3 and Blade Soul will finish wow!
Aion makes you work crazy hard to lvl to 50..For what? they have no kind of end game content at all. Hitting lvl 40+ in aion is pretty much the most excitement your going to get playing this game. If they dont add some kind of PVE type gameplay soon(dungeons/raids) this game will die before this years over.
WoW has definately not died, thats not to say Aion is awesome, but ive been playing WoW also, From what i see, there are many more people on it, + ICC
WoW has 20million+ subscribed memebers 14million of which are addicted/play everyday for more then 5 hours, Aion is a terrible game with many bugs, melee pvp gameplay in this game is an utter joke, the leveling is boreing and slow, its got amazing graphics but thats about it, nothing else.

i agree with what you said about wow im currently playing aion been playing since NA release sept 22nd but let me also say that aion is a nice looking game but at the end it also lacks alot of things to keep me interested im thinking of quiting aion and its grinding/ganking gameplay.

But WoW's level cap is 80, and Aions level cap is 50 so yes if your talking about aions, but again half my conversasion was about WoW. you should read a bit more carfully. Also Aions is kind of a grind after a while. elites take a bit to long to kill and arent that hard, and there are quite a few stupid glitches about the game, like if you fly and hit something.... it walks up to you through the air
@ossurfbum Oh, and theres a korean dude.... he got EVERY single class and race combination to level 80, beat every quest and achievement, and has gotten every single piece of armor as a drop on one of his characters. Pics and vids. He actually BEAT the game.
@Eritsasaku you do realize that the american version came out quite a while after the Korean version, WoW will more than likely die when blizzard kills it themselves which more than likely wont happen for some time. Aion is a good game but the leveling is quite annoying when you start getting into the 40s taking easily 12 hours + per level

If we're arguing races then, you have 6 race options per faction, Second if you are looking at both "horde and alliance" then you have to look at both monster play and normal, in which case you have human, elf, hobbit, dwarf, orc, spider, warg, and uruk. Not to mention the different kinds of each, there are 2 different orcs and uruks. so thats a total of 10 races in lotro, so the difference is barely there. 10 vs 12.
@Ealija if anims is supposed to be your ABSOLUTELY FUCKING LAZY AS HELL way of saying Animation, Quit playing on a single core computer from the 1980's the animations, graphics, shading, shadows, and texture detail, Of Lotro is FAR beyond the maximum settings of WoW.

Yeah it took me a whole 7hrs to lvl from 1-10 in Aion and I just started the game it's kinda hard to lvl but I see that as a good thing, makes it challenging for me.

As far as i know, WoW had 7-8 million players back then, I know because it was in the Massively Magazine, Eletronic Gaming, and Gamespot. Search it yourself.
And Aion release after 1.5 years? heck it was stil in Kore back then lol. Took them awhile to go global. I could be wrong though.
I haven't played WoW since S2 and i considered it crap by then. I enjoyed WoW a lot. That being said I have been playing aion for awhile now, level 43 ranger... I go rifting kill people etc etc. The pvp is watered down to simplicity. A sorc at later levels gets an aoe that basically kills everyone. Clerics get an aoe thats called word of death.. it aoe kills everything. Clerics also do shit tons dps and have best heals... Face it, the pvp in this game isn't that great but people like it
there is coming one after another fantasy MMORPG game out and they suck one by one...
fx wow that have to steal idears from so many other games and movies.
this is only 1 game where the hole game is left to the players to run and thats makes it one of the best games to this date that is and will always be EVE Online

WOW is an ok game, but personally ive played both WOW, PWI and only "tried" Aion. But the 4 hours i got to play was definetly better than WOW! But right now, i stick with PWI.. love it.. ^^

When dp bar is full u glow, but I have read that also when u have a complete set of armor it will give u a shning aura :) but im not 100% sure havnt played it yet :P
this guys is total bullshiting here thats no Daeva armor depend on your armors and lvls you look different, but thet blue glow dont get fooled is not from the armor or weapon is from a stat that allow you to use a skill, when you get thet stat to 4k points you can cast that skill twice and you have that look but after you cast the skill you go back to normal look with no sparks and glow, in Aion on weapons glows when you use a god stone on it

I believe from Gameplay that rangers are BY FAR the best solo class for PVP. PVE, on the other hand... Well, they are good, but aren't QUITE as good. Anybody who has already played ranger to lvl 20+, if played correctly, they are boring and not too strong until lvl 19. I believe, though, that most people nowadays are going Assassin, purely because of the sound of the name. Anyone who wants to pwn in pvp, go ranger.

ranger is alright in PvE, he's got high survivability, and at certain lvl he can (so i've heard, lvl 20+ or so) solo elites, also in group ranger isn't that great, he isn't a great tank nor dps, so he really hasn't got a specific role. PvP is worse for ranger though, but they can be alright. even tho he isn't always as good as other classes, i still like ranger:P
ps. i haven't played ranger, got it from sites since i was interested in ranger. so harleydog might be right

It's full DP.
When you kill monsters you receive DP, When it reaches 4000 you get that aura.
If you die you loose it and if you disconnect for more than 5 minutes you also loose it.
Some really powerful skills use like 2000-4000 DP.

The problem I found with WoW is it has become "fool proof", it's so easy to complete all of the raid content and most of the achievements are pretty simple except for "the insane" "the exalted" and completing ICC heroic achievements, the game has become too simple... I can faceroll my keyboard and still do well. The lich king was a joke, algalon and kael'thas, those were bosses.

Aion makes you work crazy hard to lvl to 50..For what? they have no kind of end game content at all. Hitting lvl 40+ in aion is pretty much the most excitement your going to get playing this game. If they dont add some kind of PVE type gameplay soon(dungeons/raids) this game will die before this years over.

WoW has died and we all know it. the leveling in WoW got boring fast, and in the end we just ended up making new characters because there was nothing to do on our mains without having 20 people. And then you realize that... im doing the same content over and over again on 6 characters.... this fucking sucks... and your eyes are opened to the world of aion where theres actually something to do it being a brand new game with way better graphics and beautiful animations.

But WoW's level cap is 80, and Aions level cap is 50 so yes if your talking about aions, but again half my conversasion was about WoW. you should read a bit more carfully. Also Aions is kind of a grind after a while. elites take a bit to long to kill and arent that hard, and there are quite a few stupid glitches about the game, like if you fly and hit something.... it walks up to you through the air

If we're arguing races then, you have 6 race options per faction, Second if you are looking at both "horde and alliance" then you have to look at both monster play and normal, in which case you have human, elf, hobbit, dwarf, orc, spider, warg, and uruk. Not to mention the different kinds of each, there are 2 different orcs and uruks. so thats a total of 10 races in lotro, so the difference is barely there. 10 vs 12.

I haven't played WoW since S2 and i considered it crap by then. I enjoyed WoW a lot. That being said I have been playing aion for awhile now, level 43 ranger... I go rifting kill people etc etc. The pvp is watered down to simplicity. A sorc at later levels gets an aoe that basically kills everyone. Clerics get an aoe thats called word of death.. it aoe kills everything. Clerics also do shit tons dps and have best heals... Face it, the pvp in this game isn't that great but people like it

I think the level up is hard. Level 50 is the max for now. But with the new patch coming out I think they will make the level cap bigger.

the glow is from his Divine points bar which when you have full cause you to GLOW.
thats what gothric meant...Divine points the armor does not glow like that...it glows a little in certain areas like parts of the shoulder pads.

this guys is total bullshiting here thats no Daeva armor depend on your armors and lvls you look different, but thet blue glow dont get fooled is not from the armor or weapon is from a stat that allow you to use a skill, when you get thet stat to 4k points you can cast that skill twice and you have that look but after you cast the skill you go back to normal look with no sparks and glow, in Aion on weapons glows when you use a god stone on it

I believe from Gameplay that rangers are BY FAR the best solo class for PVP. PVE, on the other hand... Well, they are good, but aren't QUITE as good. Anybody who has already played ranger to lvl 20+, if played correctly, they are boring and not too strong until lvl 19. I believe, though, that most people nowadays are going Assassin, purely because of the sound of the name. Anyone who wants to pwn in pvp, go ranger.

ranger is alright in PvE, he's got high survivability, and at certain lvl he can (so i've heard, lvl 20+ or so) solo elites, also in group ranger isn't that great, he isn't a great tank nor dps, so he really hasn't got a specific role. PvP is worse for ranger though, but they can be alright. even tho he isn't always as good as other classes, i still like ranger:P
ps. i haven't played ranger, got it from sites since i was interested in ranger. so harleydog might be right

? you do know 1st place in krean tournament was templar and 2nd was ranger.The class has more cc and knock backs than any other and the fact that they can invs and strike from anywhere makes them the most popular class in pvp I would say sin 2nd in group rangers suck I know for a fact but you don;t need groups just solo and pvp you can get great gear without having to group up like wow.
