Even if they can refine a tiny amount needed for an actual nuclear bomb/threat, and thats a BIG if (they've not had a lot of luck doing it yet), they have no way to actually shoot it at anyone... save South Korea, and I mean right across the neutral zone, not into the heart of SK either. Their long range missiles usually fail.

They'd much rather sneak attack ships anyway.

@lequiogoles By the way Koreans were NOT fight with Japanese, as Koreans assassinated Japanese politicians and Japanese generals; admiral who was supposed to be in charge of Peril Harbor attack, and other Ambassor who was going to bring peace with Russia and china and Japan. Over 300,000 plus Korean soldiers were fighting the Japanese during WWII in Northeast Asia. One of the soldiers name is Kim Il Sung, 1st president of N.Korea.

Yes, there are millions Koreans who still live in Northern China, and 300,000+ Korean soldiers fought the Japanese. This is in Chinese and Russian history along with North and South Korean history. Remember, Korean Soldiers were fighting with weapons provided by Russians and Chinese who were having difficulties with Japanese.
