It's not totally fake, this is a promotional video for the company who makes the drone control trailers. What you see in the video is their training sim. The real world units are very similar, what you see is essentially what happens IRL.

It's not a big secret about Creech AFB,Nevada (what a goofy name)....and what goes on in those trailers. Pretty good gig for pilots-commute to the office in the a.m.,fly a hairball mission...then call it a day,and head back to the casa (just in time for dinner).
