Americans with the means to spend $1,300 (in this economy) on a flight, in coach, to a place where we're told everyone hates us.... So that we can spend $4,500 a night to stay at the Burj al Arab and go to malls that have the same stores we have here and take a trip to the top of Burj Khalifa to see what our $4.49/gal price for the oil we inhale is serving to build? Not just the US market, but the English-speaking Westen World is not going to respond to this campaign. My opinion.
This hasn't been launched in North American, South African, UK or Australian markets has it? I mean... it's a noble effort but.... (and I speak as someone who was recruited to try and make Dubai what it wants to be)... It has no humanity to it... It showcases a playground for the rich and, rich Westerners are in no big hurry to hop on an A380 and spend a week in the Persian Gulf.... The assumption here is that we're hated by Muslims and a bunch of images of Burj Khalifa... seriously?!
