im now a pro at heelys but when i first got them i had plenty off falls it does help if you have someone to hold you up while you get your balance right thats what i did . You`ve got 2 be carefull i broke my hand nearly on mine even though after plenty on practice stuff can still get stuck in the wheels there-fore sendin u flyin but make sure wheels are clean b4 you try them best of luck
your back foot. Quickly get your back foot to connect heel toe with your front foot. Remember the front foot is always lifted higher then the back foot and it will take a bit to learn to control your foot from trying to go side by side.
Nice, usually your stronger foot goes in the back (Wasn't the case with me, i use my right foot in front) because thats what your going to use to push off with. I really felt my calves hurt the 2nd day with heelys even though i inlined and skateboarded previousley it's just muscles you've never worked out before but you get use to it. Imagine heelys as a skateboard or scooter, put your front foot on the wheel (on the brake if needed, which is tha area behind the wheel) and give a big push with
