It's all in Seoul. The first thing you see is the Jongno Tower. Also called the Millennium Tower.

I'm not sure of the name of the street, but it is one of the side streets in Gwancheoldong, between Jongno and Cheonggyecheonno. Somewhere between Jongno 1-ga and Jongno 2-ga. I hope this helps!
