  • isnt this the reason why sadako & a thousand papercranes got luekemia??

  • lol did it say it saved hundreds f american and JAPANESE lives.. haha wtf.

  • Killing civilians for the sake of saving lives. No excuse. Truman was a fool to do it. Japan could have been ignored. They were already militarily inept. They could have exploded the bomb off-shore with the same impact on the minds of the Japanese. Using nuclear weapons is just bad, I do not care the reason.

  • @TheCharlesmansun japan couldve been ignored.. oh yes. lets ignore pearl harbor..massacres and war crimes in the phillipines and china, their orders to annhihilate non japanese, yes we shouldve ignored al that and let japan slide.

  • we didn't bomb them enough : (

  • The US has always been the creator of terrorism around the world. This is a nation that practiced slavery of human beings for more than four hundred years and justified it on religious and economic grounds. The US was the first to drop atomic bombs on another country and when it did so, it dusted its reasoning under, "limiting casualties" as though that excuse was valid. I emphatically condemn US terrorism and I stand with the civilians of Japan. No to US terrorism and no to American Hypocrisy.

  • @DarkReapersGrim "The US has always been the creator of terrorism around the world" wow, the US can and has never done anything right?

"This is a nation that practiced slavery of human beings for more than four hundred years and justified it on religious and economic grounds" and almost 500k Americans died as we purged ourselves of that. I guess we didn't pay enough in blood for you?

"limiting casualties" how many would've died in Kyushu's invasion? What do you really know?

  • @DarkReapersGrim "I emphatically condemn US terrorism and I stand with the civilians of Japan" what about the Chinese Civilians in Nanking? How about the Filipinos slaughtered by IJA troops? Do you stand with them too?

"No to US terrorism and no to American Hypocrisy" the only real hypocrite here is you. Had the US invaded Japan proper, US Marines would face Japanese schoolgirls armed with bamboo spears

What do you know about Japanese treatment of PoWs in WW2

  • Please check the video "atomic_cover_up_the_hidden_story" on democaracynow

  • Anyone else see the word "gay" in the bg? heheh

  • Typical British at the end making it sound like it was a good thing to do

  • look at the Japanese people today, they are the greatest people alive. i wish were just like them.

  • 쪽바리들 저때 몰살시꼈어야 하는데 두고두고 아쉽다.

  • @12leekim couldn't say it better my self.......

  • We know that the A bombs were terrible, but we seem to forget how bad the pacific war was. I think that the US had to stop it directly. Something else you should know, if the Japanese had had a nuclear capability the US would still be a radio active wasteland. No more uncle sam!!

  • I learned about this today in school, about a girl name sadako

  • D-D-D-D-Drop The Bomb!

  • More weapons of mass distractions. The world will end by human hands, soooooooo sad.

  • This is wrong, the japanese targeted the americas military not civilians, and look what americans did kill more innocent people than military personnel

  • @Galatasaryfan Go read about what the Japanese did to the innocent Chinese people ok? Then tell me that they weren't a threat.

  • But will it blend?

  • What the hell, Americans. Japan had alredy surrendered so you drop 2 atom bombs into really populated cities?

  • @greenhotdog12345 Dude they didn't surrender.

  • ENOLA "GAY"....just saying

  • right thing to do.

  • I'll admit the dropping of 2 A bombs was a little umm "Overkill" esp on innocent people but prob saved more lives then it took . . . radiation is a bitch tho

  • Come to think about it….. It was right to drop the bombs we had to end war quickly I agree but after those bombs were dropped these type of weapons should never be used, built or seen again because we learn after Hiroshima and Nagasaki and any nation caught with these weapons should have so much sanctions and very strict to have that country look like North Korea because we notice how much broke those people are.

  • wow i find it funny on how people are saying we shouldnt have used the bomb. if we didnt, we would have to invade. the japanese were ready to fight to their dying breath. this wouldve meant millions dead for the americans and japanese.

  • USA USA

  • nice shotttttttt

  • @smaran4u it won't be funny when its dropping a nuke over your head ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,LOL

  • What the heck??? This person seemed to have agreed to the use of Atomic bomb which murders lots of japanese people??? Those people were innocent! Those people did nothing! Japanese was trying to surrender with minimum face loss! It was completely unnecessary!

  • @futuramaishot

    pearl harbor

  • @futuramaishot they dropped the bomb on pearl harbor and we were innocent

  • @futuramaishot The second bomb got dropped because the Japanese (or their leader) didn't surrender. There were meant to be 8 bombs but they begged for mercy after the second one and they finally surrendered. They had the option of surrendering from the word go but they didn't. The Japanese murdered, raped, tortured and did horrible things to many other countries and those people were innocents so don't go saying that Americans are the bad ones. The Japanese started it.

  • IF Japan developed the A-bomb first then for sure Japan had won WWII. The surrender ceremony would held aboard the Japanese battleship Yamato at Pearl Harbor, at which the government representatives of US, Britain, China, Dutch, Australia, Canada and the rest of the Allied countries signed the Instrument of Surrender provided by the Japanese government. Eventually there would be only two countries in the world, Imperial Japan and Nazi Germany.

  • The United States....the main reson for dropping this bomb was to be the first. The innoscent people who had to die...babies, elderly...for what purpose...so the U.S. could show its then power...that was a big accompolishment.....

  • @1963Austria If they didn't drop that bomb, Japan would continue defence which would lead to MUCH bigger casualties after eventual american assault. Stop thinking that dropping those bombs was cruel. It was necessary

  • @Solaxe

    ok then ONE not TWO

  • Mankind must end war

    or war will end mankind

  • @Nirojack there was wars 2000 years ago and mankind is still here i dont think war will end mankind god will when its time

  • Dropping the bombs were right.

Japan started a war with the U.S. and we ended it.

    Those actions saved countless lives.

I don't want to hear about the victims in the two cities.

Japan is to blame for starting the war.

When you bomb Pear Harbor, you lose.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • @GeorgeVreelandHill I will rather say that Germany started the war, and japan got you in the war.

  • @GeorgeVreelandHill And of course all Japanese are the same.

    Fkin prejudice mate. Screw you.

  • @GeorgeVreelandHill so you think the use of atomic is usefull and mankind should use it again if there is any other conflict?

  • @GeorgeVreelandHill I know your comment was a long time ago, but it was the U.S who really started it. Look it up

And trust me, the the attack of pearl harbor is exactly what the U.S wanted, you think it was a surprise to them?? LOL

The use of an atomic weapon is wrong and one day will lead to the end of the world, so get off your high horse and open your eyes, do some actual research( not wikipedia) and you will see.

And before you ask im Canadian :)

  • @pbck15 then that just means we ended what we started, just because they didn't start it doesn't mean the outcome was any different

  • @TheTomkat11 Its just the arrogance of some of you people. Search up some of the interviews of the guys who actually dropped the bombs, they knew what they did was awful and they are messed up for life

Im not really calling YOU arrogant either btw

  • @pbck15 You twat, the Japanese murdered millions of innocent civilians in China, would the Allied forces stood by while the Nazis exterminated the Jewish race? The Second Sino-Japanese War went on for YEARS before America intervened.

JAPAN BROUGHT IT ON THEMSELVES WHEN THEY ALLIED WITH THE NAZIS, they were bloody racist fascists, what, you are one too are you?

Would YOU have stood by and let Germany and Japan destroy the world? You PRAT.

  • @xesolor Ok, Who was it really that murdered all the chinese then? I doubt it was innocent Japanese children, or middle class working men who took weapons and murdered them.

And what do you think the Allies did during the beginning of the war. Not a single allied country would have done ANYTHING to Hitler if it wouldnt affect them. Britain would have let him go if Hitler did not directly invade Britain.

  • @xesolor And then you call the Japanese racist? How about after the war was started. Japanese who lived in North america were sent to CONCENTRATION CAMPS?? Hmm, sound familar? ALL japanese rights were taken. EXACTLY the same situation the Jews were in. Hitler did take it one step farther however.

Im not supporting the japanese or saying they were innocent, im just saying that they were no different then us. Im not racist, I just like to try and understand from all sides before I judge.Good day

  • @pbck15 How DARE you accuse the Japanese as the same as Jews in their treatment - DID TRUMAN MARCH THEM TO GAS CHAMBERS?

If you have the least bit of military knowledge it's apparent Japanese living in the US wouldn't be free when Japan declared war on the US - spies? Intelligence? Mean anything? Allied nationals living in Japan and Germany were captured too, biased much? Not using the brain?

  • @pbck15 Did the Allied forces intentionally start war and start to systematically slaughter all German and Japanese people? POWs in areas occupied by the Axis powers starved and DIED, the Japanese only captured Chinese POWs and CIVILIANS, WHO WAS HARMLESS, to use as slaughter sports!

Heard of Unit 731 of the Imperial Japanese Army? CHECK IT UP!

Don't you DARE lecture me about the merits of the Axis powers when you're so blatantly IGNORANT to their war crimes.

  • @xesolor PT 3!!!!!

Sorry for 3 parts, but I just wanted to finish off by saying if you disagree with me, I would rather you just tell me what you disagree with, instead of lashing out at me and accusing me of being racist and such. No need to turn this into a personal debate

  • @GeorgeVreelandHill then you deserve the bombing on world trade center, you started a war against the world and you keep on that war, then you deserve the worst, pigs!

  • @GeorgeVreelandHill must be trolling. hope your family get raped in front of you bitch. Worse is the people who voted positive to this shit.

  • @GeorgeVreelandHill "We?" What did you do? I didnt realise you had a say in what your government does in terms of the military.

Ask yourself, why did the Japanese military (remember not the innocent civilians) bomb Pearl Harbour. Wasn't it something to do the American goverment cutting off Japans oil supply? But the cant be true, its not like America to do that.....

Regardless of what happened, innocents died on both sides thats the issue.

  • @GeorgeVreelandHill They started the war because the US had severed their oil supply, how would America react if a country did that to them? Start a war.

  • @UnsoundGiraffe The Japanese could have purchased oil from the USSR.

They chose war. They sowed the wind and reaped the whirlwind.

  • @UnsoundGiraffe Precisely, just as we are doing with Iran, some things never change

  • @UnsoundGiraffe "They started the war because the US had severed their oil supply" because Japan was slaughtering Koreans and Chinese. Japan annexed Korea in 1901 and invaded China in 1931. Ever heard of theses:

    Rape of Nanking

Throwing babies in the air to catch them on bayonets

    Comfort Women

    Unit 731

    More?

Let us know what else you need to see that Japan was not an innocent victim but the perp making innocent victims

  • @UnsoundGiraffe Wrong, They did not start a war becvause Japan cut off their oil supply. You're sound iillogically stupid you know that.

  • @Hperman09 I could not give less of a shit.

  • @UnsoundGiraffe About what? You really are stupid and you said you proud of it?

  • @Hperman09 If i'm wrong; really I don't care, so you can go back to your life of correcting everyone, but honestly, I REALLY don't give a shit. Go die.

  • @UnsoundGiraffe thanks for descbriing what the people of UK is like.

  • @Hperman09 Thanks for being a stereotypical, judgmental cunt.

  • @UnsoundGiraffe Then don't be spreading unfalse information you cunt

  • @GeorgeVreelandHill Not to mention the countless of atrocities commited by the Japanese in Manchuria, China! check out unit 71! the japanese did vivisections on the chinese! I think they were the most brutal imperialists ever

  • One death is a tragedy, one million is a statistic. How sad that this is totally true. Its all about the numbers for most of the people. Ending someones life is so common so usual on Earth it makes me wonder how can we still be around. War and fear is the catalyst of human development but every war carry our own doom with it.

  • @TheLizardGamer I am afvo6i & 16iovfa

  • Comment removed

  • @16iovfa lol, you have to wait for me to fix your mistakes before you can make more shit comments. Just pathetic!

  • @16iovfa Plus what has it got to do with my comment?

  • German scientests were jews you idiot. Japan attacked America because America cut off their oil supply, which fueled the war machine on China. Finaly the two bombs killed 225,000 people, Japan killed 10 million people in their POW camps 4 million more than the six million jews that died Europe. Japan lost the war and did not surrender why should allied lives be lost when Japan started the war?

  • @MrHanhela yes, and the americans made out they made the nuclear bomb when they didn't. They forced German scientests that were making a nuclear bomb for the nazis to make a nuclear bomb for them.

And America forced the Japanese to fight them.

  • @TheLizardGamer Wait wait wait... the Americans... forced Japan to fight with them... wow I am not really seeing that. I am seeing a country that got bombed because of their own fucking mistakes. For invading several different countries, Australia, Russia, China, raping, killing and torturing hundreds of thousands of people they got fucking bombed and sure innocents died but millions could have died because of the Japanese. They are not nice people when it comes to war.

  • @CobbleStoneist When did they invade Australia?

  • @TheLizardGamer They came in Townsville during the second world war because there was Lavarac there.

  • @Nightcrawlerinsweden Perhaps 'saving lives' is the wrong term… the atomic bomb was more of a necessary evil.

  • "Better you than me"

  • sad

  • Such power ...

  • Ohhohoho we sure show'd America. Did you guys see Pearl Harbor when we left it? I must have sank atle- BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

  • I would like to remind people of unit 731 and the balloon bombs that Japan sent over to America.

  • MADE IN AMERICA,TESTED IN JAPAN HAHAHA

  • @MrJPinVA I asume that you don't have an idea about how many people died and how ridiculous your jokes is. This is serious.

  • watch?v=f-LhnzszFOw

americans cn not justify their policys

  • the pilot tried to count the fires but there was too many...... the co-pilot than took a note saying: "What have we done?"

apparently, we resorted to killing many innocent people and some who didnt even want to take part of the war.......God we are stupid......

  • after pearl harbor, japan got a good answer!

  • @rightfriend around 1,000 Americans Dead on an island territory. Around 250,000 dead due to the Atomic Bomb and even more were killed by the firebombings.

You think that's karma? Ever since then America has suffered from rising crime rates, failed wars, (Vietnam, Bay of Pigs, Afghanistan), tragedies (hurricane katrina BP oil spill), and attacks (9/11, Oklahoma).

Japan and Germany got their answer for their sins quick. America is getting theirs answer very slowly.

  • @AcceptingJustice nearly 2400 died on "the island territory" America. Around 180000 due to atomic bombs. Sad how you would downplay American death while exaggerating Japanese deaths. Bay of Pigs wasnt a war and we are still in Afghanistan. You are an idiot do us all a favor and turn off your computer.

  • @gmco4 2400? Oh my. Yes I was quite off. Bad history on my part. ^_^ I am aware that we are still in Afghanistan. did I ever state in my comment that we weren't? No matter how hard America tries, they'll get what's coming to them. Then we're ousted from our "special" superpower status, another power will rise, do the same shit (not the same shit per se but still completely fuck people over) and they'll fall just the same. =)

If I am an idiot fine, guess that makes me a happy idiot. ^____^

  • i find it funny how the narrator try's to make it sound like a good thing at the end.

  • @ox4poluter um yes if we didnt drop those bombs we could have taken a chance of losing or them invading

  • How come we haven't nuked Iran and North Korea? These jerks aren't listening to the demands of the world to stop this nuclear BS.

  • Because the atomic bomb is so powerful and terrifying that it's been forbidden to use ever again.

  • @DigiArtistRei and thats why russia and america have like 1000 nuclear bombs each?

  • Yes, this was terrible. However, it was necessary. Let's hope nothing like this ever happens again. And what many people don't realize is that we tried time and time again to persuade the Japanese to surrender, but they made it clear they would fight until the end. We even told the civilians to vacate the area, but they remained. Let's be glad that ugly part of the world's history is over and let's pray nothing like this ever happens again.

  • Don't mess with the US

  • I M SORRY ON U AMERICANS

  • I think some people forget the United States almost went to war with Germany. The United States economy at the time greatly reflected that of Germany. In Fact many citizens in the United States wanted to go to war against Great Britain. You can only imagine if we would have been one of the axis powers and had the bomb. I shutter to think.

  • @QuiteRoyle The US would not have entered sides on the axis. How do I know? I have wartime newspapers from before pearl harbour, and they always had articles on wether or not america should enter the war. There was a lot of support, they really just needed a reason to go.

  • lol ur having a debate

  • I have to say that Japanese showed they were willing to fight to the death. These bombs stopped the massive invasion of Japan which would lead to the total destruction of Japan as a nation and hundreds of thousands more dead. Also the nuke stopped a third world war between RUssia and America. THe bombs drooped were a terrible tragiedy but in the end it saved life of both American and Japanese while also offering a stalemate between the 2 superpowers of the world.

  • I love the fact that the US government is possibly the most obsessed with who has nuclear power in the world, whether is be Iran obtaining it, Pakistan losing it to radicals or 'what those Russians are up to' - but America are the only country to have ever used a Nuclear weapon in anger.

It's strange how a country can go from the mass killing of civilians to being super-critical of collateral damage in a short space of time.

I hope these weapons are never used again.

  • That is the ugly art of war, many have to die for the few that leads us into it. Too bad one of the atom bombs didn't have Hitler's name on it; had it been dropped on Berlin, could have brought an end to Nazi rule far faster than even Russia could have done. Certainly it would have sucked for innocent Germans, no different than innocent Japs, but that is the ugly reality of war. Hitler doomed the Germans, no different than Japan's rulers condemned the Japanese!

  • I'm sure we will start paying them money for what we did.

  • We may have to agree to disagree. If Japan was a defeated nation, why did we have to drop a second bomb, and why did it take five days after that for the Japanese to surrender? As the defense of Saipan, Iwo Jima, Okinawa, and other islands demonstrated, the Japanese intended to fight to the death, and if invasion of the home islands had been necessary, that would have cost hundreds of thousands of lives on both sides. Also, we were fighting a declared war, unlike the Japanese at Pearl Harbor.

  • @mindspring57 yes all true. but the japanese did not attack civilians in pearl harbor unlike the movie shows.they only dropped bombs on the ship. plus america DID cut there supplies out. i am an american and root for america, i just want to make it clear that japanese ppl were more "right" in this matter. going into the japanese treatement of captured women and men is a different story....

  • @djwestbrook36 The United States was not at war. We had no obligation, legal, moral, or otherwise, to support the Japanese war in China, and our decision to withhold supplies did not provide Japan with any just cause to attack us.

  • @mindspring57 now this is my fault. sorry i didnt know that it was US giving the supplies. but i still dont think the killing of the citizens was right. drop a powerful bomb on some type of military headquarters instead

  • "Enola Gay" was the name of the pilot's mother. The bomb saved lives, but the Japs were a stubborn lot. Even after this catastrophe, they did not surrender, and we had to drop another bomb, on Nagaski. Can you imagine what it would have been like trying to capture 300 islands in the home chain? Truman's action ended the war and saved hundreds of thousands of lives, Jap and American.

  • @mindspring57 I disagree..the bomb didnt save lives. It killed children and old people little babies laying in their cribs. People who had nothing to do with the war at all. Japan was a defeated nation the day that the bomb was dropped. It was murder.

  • Japan should not have bombed us, even though we killed more than they did. They should not have started a pointless conflict. The Atomic bombs were to defend america from Japan.

  • THEY WERE GIVING THE HONOR OF SURRENDING, but NO THEY WANTED TO CONTINUE FIGHTING.

  • What will the reaction of the world be if atomic bomb is dropped down to US cities ?

  • @jesus9689 There wouldn't be a world because the U.S. would destroy everything. They drop that atomic bomb back then, imagine what we would drop today.

  • I enjoy the retards who make fun of "Enola Gay" just because it has "Gay" in it. Good laugh. :D

  • @PressAltF4OrElse Well its youtube :p

  • Anyone that makes fun fo the name "Enola Gay" is the gay person or mostly retarded, no your facts and dont make fun of this shit

  • They had it coming

  • enola gay lol

  • hahaha read what it says on the airplane! xD 0:04

    ENOLA GAY! :D

  • FAKA YOOOOO WHHHHAAAAAAAALE!!!!

  • Dont mess with America..

  • i maybe slightly wrong but if im right, they didnt really need to drop those bombs, tbh they were just testing new weapons really. the war was practically over anyways, the allies were practically on the verge of peace and besides hitler was dead.

  • that's what they get for messing with americans

  • Didn't the U.S. warn the Japanese that they will be bombing? They could have taken it as a bluff and maintained their standing, I guess

  • We showed those Japanese who's boss! They killed 2200 American on Pearl Harbor> We should have done this after 911 in the middle east. That put a stop to the kamikazi stuff

  • @lem1968a1 yeah, they killed 2,200 and we killed over 400,000.

you think that showed him who's boss? no, that showed them that we don't care about their country or anyone who will be there in the future

  • @TViYH oh sorry i forgot

  • damnit we missed detroit again and hit hiroshima lol

  • That atomic bomb killed their lives but it also saved our asses!!

  • the Hiroshima bomb SAVED lives? wow, now THATS propaganda

  • @alinkyng no,they meant like that the war stopped and the fighting ended,so if it continued, more lives wud be loss,do u get it?

  • The strong live, the weak die. No matter what philosophy you live by, that is a constant in life. Men are not all born equal, the poor bastards in Haiti can tell you that right now.

  • They are born as a clean slate, but their surroundings and their choices affect their true equality.

  • q hijo de puta q eres!

  • Yes but do you rape the women you associate with? Do you steal from the weak and laugh? Why not? What defines us is how we live our lives. We are not animals...sentinece distinguishes us from the true animals on this planet. If you embrace our animal heritage as a reason for being violent you are forgetting our ability to think.

  • @wtaKick I define strength in broad terms. Being an animal dosen't make you strong, it's using whatever talents you have to get ahead as far as you can without screwing up you successes.

  • @wtaKick We're all creatures on this planet. We can't say that we're more worth than anything else. we are creatures just like every else creatures.

Mankind just had luck on their side to evolve in another way. But that does not mean we're not animals. if a dog is an animal, so are we. It is a creature on earth just like us.

  • @Thoralmir

    same said Hitler. dumbass!

  • @Kentarius97 And he was just as much a victim of the that cycle in the end. His weakness was his obsession with racial superiority, which drained his resources what with trying to kill all those jews, and it alienated most of the world (as if his aggression haden't done that already). He though that he could do everything, which is why he found himself cornered on all sides without a friend in the world. He was weak, and deserved to die.

  • This bomb was dropped on the heart on Japan because they bombed the heart of our country, Pearl Harbor. This bomb was to represent the pain that we felt from December 7, 1941. The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was a cheap shot and many innocent Americans were killed. Anyone who is a citizen of the U.S. knows that when Americans are killed, the killer or killers will be punished and that punishment depends on how much the country of America is hurt.

  • "The heart of our country"? Might want to take a geography class, bud. And no, pearl harbor isn't the heart of our country in a figurative sense either. It was just a base. Tactically speaking, the Japanese military made the correct decision. They just didn't have the resources to deal with the consequences.

  • Okay, I'm taking a World Geography class actually, and I know where Pearl Harbor is located. By heart of our country, I meant at the time, our best defense against the Western Coast of the U.S. Yes, it was a good move by the Japanese, but it was a cheap shot. The bombing of Japan was supposed to be equivalent to the cheap shot from the Japs at Pearl Harbor. So vash1053, think before you speak next time. If you don't know what I mean, then don't speak.

  • u rly are a patriot

  • You really think that? Haha so about 2400 people died, mostly sailors, lets see...only like 130,000 civillians like men, women, and little preschoolers died from being obliverated, burned, and cancer.... I see what you mean about us being hurt, but the US saw it coming in the end

  • there goes my order

  • @footmuz Would you rather have had the war drag on? What would you do if you were in President Truman's place?

  • @asianwannabeamerican not drop the bomb

  • bom

  • I feel very content satisfied. The Japs deserved every grievous suffering from the bomb. IN my opinion, I think that hundreds of thousands of Jap lives were still a small price the Jap paid for what they did in WW2

  • are you Japanese

  • People's lives cannot be used as a measurement of vengeance. War is unnecessary, period. When a country raises arms against another, they are just as guilty as the attacker. In the end its the people of the country, the uninvolved parties, that become the victims.

  • That's idealistic nonsense. Death is humanity's only true fate.

  • If you want to have such a pessimistic perspective on human life, then be my guest. My perspective is not idealistic, its responsible. Our true fate lies in continuing the human race as best as we can, and co-existing with nature. Even in death, we serve as nutrients for plants and animals. Your perspective is arbitrary, and only diminishes our true potential in the natural world.

  • @lugia3 Where have you been for the past two hundred thousand years? I'm not pro violence. But, conflict, especially murder are a part of being human. Wake up dude. You can wave the peace flag and preach all you want but, in the end the only thing others will listen to, is war. Accept it or not. It's not going away for a very long time. War is CERTAINLY not a good thing but it is necessary. If it wasn't for war, you would lose many freedoms. This isn't about right or wrong it's about acceptance

  • What freedoms do you actually have? Freedom to buy shitty things at the mall? Freedom to say what you want but no one would listen? Think about that concept for carefully, because freedom in a world of war does not exist. In addition, "murder being a part of human being"? Alright, so why do soldiers end up getting mental problems because they killed or saw someone get killed? Also, people don't listen because the language and culture is different, not because people are "naturally violent"

  • @lugia3 freedom is what America main tains and controlls, think about it, if america's line of defense was a but bit shorter, japan would have invaded, they knew exactly what was going to happen, for ever joining the axis powers in the first place was a mistake, do you honestly expect us to take a hit and not retaliate?

  • @blackpowerfreak Yeah but there is a difference between "an eye for an eye" and overkill. If an irresponsible child poked you and made you bleed, are you going to cut its arms off for it? The money motive aspect of WW II should be enough to prove that it wasn't about freedom. It was about using paranoia, revenge, and "honor" to justify going into a profitable war, while companies make money, and soldiers die. Freedom for Americans is death and devastation for other societies.

  • @lugia3 Now say that child was the same age as you, possibly no longer a child, right? They know thier actions, as did the Japanese, forced or not, retaliation was due. If war wasn't an option, then the world would be fine and dandy, your kids play freefully, as you live your American dream, then comes along a stranger and starts to harass your child, do you watch or do you take action. Once again, an eye for an eye. America to Japan...

  • @lugia3 not compared to the americans who didn't do shit to deserve what happened, and don't act like japan did not agree with pearl harbor, thats why i agree, and stand by my country to the end, a life for life, and yes 300,000 may have died, but for ever waging an attack in the first place was there mistake, the axis powers did not have a damn thing on that, and i thank Einstein
