Kinda like umm incubus, all there old work is amazing, and it seems their newer albums have some ground breaking songs in their devolopement as artists too... perhaps one or both of these bands are no longer writting their own music? I was a huge fan of older AFI back when I was 15-17. I even had the Dork EP (you ever hear of that one, champ?). And although I've outgrown them, I still revisit some of those older albums from time to time. But I have no interest in any of their recent records. Kiddie music for girls/tweens.

That said, I still have respect for them because they've been long standing members of the punk/hxc scene.
