i had this phone for 2 years and it was hell.. within the 2 years i had atleast 15 diffrent palm pixis because they kept breaking.. the rubber back cover was peeling away from the had plastic back cover on atleast 5 of the phones and one had a softwear error and it would load the screen upside down and backwords when turned on.. the very last replacement phone i had was stuck on vibrate the moment i got it. and i said screw it and upgraded to the evo.. and ive had no problems with it.

those auto correct features are friggen annoying though how can you like that bs... it always changes my correct words into something less wanted... its happened several times on several unwanted occasions for example texting a family member and you type up a 100% clean message but then its auto correct turns it into something compleatly outta line and in the gutter by changeing 2 words

I've had this phone for about 7 months now. I can't make or receive phone calls without being on speakerphone, the ringer volume constantly switches from loud to silent without me touching it, and it constantly freezes up and shuts off. The apps are slow starting up, and the battery life sucks. Now, when I first got this phone, I thought it was awesome. All of these problems might just come with old age but I can hardly deem 7 months old when I am under a 2 year contract.

Sorry guys but the reason the top 5 smart phones are the iPhone 4, Palm Pre, Pre plus, Pixi PLUS, and Evo, is because they have the best touch screens (minus the evo its there for other reasons)

My cousin works for Sprint and he was playing with the Pixi and he told me that he had opened up 35 different web browser cards just fine and the only reason he stopped was because he got bored... So.. it would seem to me the processor works just fine.

well i have 1 too and i would realy realy love to but ur right every 1 if u have 1 and u want to fix almost anything (auot) correct use web os but if u get a virus the fone co. wont follow the warrenty cuz it dont go wit the fone and u can also have to pay a fee of about 1500$ cuz there r some bad ppl that put other stuff on it than is under wut ur lookin 4 so be CARFULL!

Palm Pixi buyers- Beware!! This phone fades when you are in a warm environment. I am in Tucson, AZ and as soon as it hits 85-90 degrees the screen goes blank/black. The phone looks like it is off. The refrigerator cures it faster. Major issue here that needs immediate attention.

ihave this phone. It's great but their are a few things you have to be careful for. The back cover that the pixi comes with, after awhile it will start to peel. Mine os peeling so now I'm gonna have to spend $20 to get a new one.

@jesseboy2211 I have the samsung moment and I am going to sell it for this. The moment is great but wow relies greatly on Google. If you have a google account you will love it but if not then your going to feel like you have the wrong phone. But the moment has a great screen, nice keyboard, but is a bit thick and cheap looking. The pixi looks pretty darn nice.

I wish you wouldn't compare every single phone to the iPhone. At least in this scenario, you could've compared it to the Palm Pre, or a BlackBerry Curve due to the form factor (since they all have a full QWERTY keyboard). Leave the iPhone to be compared with other large full touchscreen cellphones.

Did you have it for an extended amount of time? Most phones take a week or two to get used too. You can't just try a phone and know the pros and cons of it. Jon uses the phone for at least 3-4 weeks before he does a complete review over it so he can gets all his facts straight.
