Ok, don't believe the s**t that there is no available apt to show you except the model. Check out a real apt and compare it around. This is the only place that I know that doesn't have an available apt whatsoever. If I knew what I was getting into, I wouldn't sign the lease at all. Now it seems to be a quite smart scam and fishy. The first day I moved in, the kitchen was occupied by roaches, and roaches, for an almost $1500 per month apt.

For the love of God, do not rent here.
The only thing good about this place is the end of your lease.
You are lied to about leasing terms, specifically internet/cable service. You CANNOT bring your own service. You are locked into a contract they have with some garbage company. Do not let them fool you regarding a new company they have signed with to provide Fiber, its just another marketing ploy that will solve nothing.
Parking sucks, walls are thin which equals high gas bills.
