music is nice, but Michael Cretu's lyrics in this song are just wierd:

i don't want my lover to be my father, my mother or my brother. i like earlier albums of enigma - perhaps it is a langauge barrier problem here, but his lyrics in this song make me feel sick. eek.

@6inbox Andru Donalds was the one that came up with the lyrics for this song, michael said no, but Andru said that it was werid, it was enigma. it was on the special edition of the SLMF album in the part where Michael comments on some of the songs.

I lost respect for him when I heard this song, but perhaps he will return to his original concepts in future.. that is what I hope.. something new, but with more attention to atmosphere and detail like the first few albums! it is sad that sandra isnt with them any longer...I mean dont get me wrong, I am a die hard fan and I love the new album and everything, but it seems as though some of their best work was when she was a part of it. Now Michael does more vocals on the songs. I liked the breathy sexual vocals that are in songs like Sadeness and Gravity of Love. But I still love the music theyre making now! :)

I totally agree.. It annoyes me with the other albums too. The lyrics are so pathetic, they destroy the whole experience of the tune. Get the woman to sing instead. She is SOOOO much better. Soothing sensual voice of hers ;)
