Not being a douche or anything... Tabs dead on. Rhythm could use practice. And on the opening E minor, it's supposed to be like a hammer on power chord. So the index finger stays in position on the 2nd fret of the A string and you hammer on only using the middle finger. It has a better sound with the power chord than playing open notes INTO a power chord. Try it. I'm absolutely positive you'll like how it sounds. :)

I wish I could sing like him! His voice is so passionate and intense, but so contained. It makes him sound like a crazy person who's about to snap, especially with that fast vibrato he does so well. Recordings don't even do him justice compared to how good he sounds live.
