WoW is over 4 year old.. You can`t compare graphic quality. Btw Conan will not take 10% of wow players that`s for sure, kids don`t like that kind of (cartoon) graphic. Many of them will return to WoW. It`s not all in graphic.
Alienns, WoW did not have such huge servers in the beginning. I think they were just as large as AoC and they thought "Alright, let's how this is going" and now they are powerful, but they are getting theyre competitors with their new technology...
Its just a better overall game though, it has depth in all waters that wow is shallow and boasts a sea in wows strengths... Its not a wow killer (after all ppl still play UO and eq1) but it till take ALOT of the player base that dont leave for Warhammer

I think with a 375 watt power supply you don't have any meaningful upgrade options without upgrading that too. Just my two bits. I learned the hard way that getting a better PSU than you need up front is a good idea in terms of keeping options open later.
At least do yourself the courtesy to upgrade to a 7900, they are super cheap, available in AGP, and that will give you the ability to get some more memory! You will need more memory :D

there is NO auto-attacking in AoC, man. actually read about the game before you decide to bash it. you get 3/3 shield points which you can allocate to different sides or all to one depending on how you use your weapon for optimal shielding customization. you manually input every attack as well. AoC will separate the men from the boys.
Agreed. Top notch action rpg fighting style. Blood, gore, tits and piss! Sounds awesome. This really will be the next big one. Now if we could get them to quit dicking around and release it already. If Funcom is half as good at patching as Turbine they could have released mo.s ago and fixed as they went. Im leaning towards the war side too tbh.. I heard the fighting gameplay was shit compared to the auto attack thing *plus the 9 million other people who enjoy auto attack seem to agree in wow* so yh combat = worse (SO i have heard from many people) and also pvp is only guild v guild like guildwars And player cities are also instanced.. and WAR has real world keeps lots of outdoor pvp and the game centres around PVP so pvp personally will be better in WAR.. not too mention lag in AOC

I believe the guild cap in aoc will be around 150 so there can be 150 guild members from each team attack the keeps plus if they hire npcs and mercenaries and I haven't heard if there's a specific limit to players you can hire. I really doupt it, just depends on how much gold you want to spend really.

Plus - They have not disclosed how the game will be paid for as of yet to my knowledge. So I would not know about game cards either. But it is quite possible they will include something like that.

I've been eligible for M rated games since UO, if that matters. I think those who think the M rating will give this game a more mature playerbase are too optimistic. For the record I've decided to play WAR because I like the lore and I think this "us vs them" mentality of the two crowds is pretty childish in itself. I hope AoC is as awesome as WAR, and vice versa. I just don't see the appeal of some NPC pissing off a dock... that's the sort of humour that belongs in primary school.

Sweetheart. Considering most MMORPG's, most are pretty certain it'll cost every month.
Plus - They have not disclosed how the game will be paid for as of yet to my knowledge. So I would not know about game cards either. But it is quite possible they will include something like that.

Stupid comment. What's wrong with a game where NPCs actually do something other than just standing at their place and looking evil? And not every NPC does this, an armor merchant doesn't pee on you.

Is there something wrong with the M rating then? Upset since you can't play the game? I like the game to be somewhat realistic with blood and stuff, not another candyworld MMO.

I've been eligible for M rated games since UO, if that matters. I think those who think the M rating will give this game a more mature playerbase are too optimistic. For the record I've decided to play WAR because I like the lore and I think this "us vs them" mentality of the two crowds is pretty childish in itself. I hope AoC is as awesome as WAR, and vice versa. I just don't see the appeal of some NPC pissing off a dock... that's the sort of humour that belongs in primary school.
