@MiHiVidz Its a common misperception that Ron Paul is going to let the rich get richer because he stands for deregulation. But you have to understand what deregulation is. Regulation is when the federal government funds, gets lobbyed by, and rescues large corporations due to financial ties, creates subsidies (financial handshakes) for services and corporations, and basically manipulates the economy. Deregulation is the ending of all that, and allowing the free market to work as it was meant to.

We as citizens don't get to vote for things like that, which isn't how a rep democracy is supposed to be. He wants it set up so that we get to vote for our state reps, who decide our state laws, and have issues like this show up at state-wide ballots rather than congressional hearings.

It would be a state issue rather than a national one, meaning hed have no say in the matter. It would show up on a statewide ballot, which you could go and vote on yourself if you are concerned.

@MiHiVidz Its a common misperception that Ron Paul is going to let the rich get richer because he stands for deregulation. But you have to understand what deregulation is. Regulation is when the federal government funds, gets lobbyed by, and rescues large corporations due to financial ties, creates subsidies (financial handshakes) for services and corporations, and basically manipulates the economy. Deregulation is the ending of all that, and allowing the free market to work as it was meant to.

We as citizens don't get to vote for things like that, which isn't how a rep democracy is supposed to be. He wants it set up so that we get to vote for our state reps, who decide our state laws, and have issues like this show up at state-wide ballots rather than congressional hearings.

He thinks we should stop spending their money, cut down on federal spending, and stop younger generations from entering social security as theyd be throwing their money away. He encourages greatly reduced income taxes if any, and encourages people to save their own money, as our gov spends it all

It would be a state issue rather than a national one, meaning hed have no say in the matter. It would show up on a statewide ballot, which you could go and vote on yourself if you are concerned.
