  • It's the one he has on the cover of his classic solo album.

  • Different models have different characters. I often use the 0 size as my 'sofa' guitar. It is also useful as a songwriting tool and travel guitar . Different models can also suggest different playing styles, with the 2 12 fretters (the 000-45SS and 0-45SS often used fingerstyle with lighter strings. I also consider all three of Stephen's guitars to be full size. Anything less than full size (three quarter size) usually refers to the scale length being less than 25.4 or 24.9 inches

  • Stephen Stills has a large collection of Martin guitars and is usually seen with D sized Martins when playing with CSN. He has also collaborated with Martin on his own signature models and now has three D45SS, 000-45SS and 0-45SS. They are all 45's which mean abalone on the top, rims back and sides, but are all different sizes, 0 being the smallest. I have different sized Martins and they all have their own character, with the larger models having more bass.

  • @MaralizeLegawana Maybe he just records with this thing, you know? Yeah Martin's are pretty much the best, Taylor's are great too but Martin has so much experience and history! My mom has a 1963 00-18 which is AMAZING
