That is not true....you think just because it is a "supercar" that a volvo would not win.....

Maybe topspeed, but I have kept up with and even beat a few cars like astonmartins corvettes porsches and amgs in my SAAB till about 135 mph, If you have not driven volvos or SAABs you have no room to speak I have driven Vettes and porches so I know.

Porsche can be true, in a straight line, against an old porsche, with a bad driver....

It's not like you are taking down c63 AMGs and porsche 911 turbo easy.

And i don't think this volvo has 500hk +.

Ive driven a 400hk 850, and i can tell you, that car cant handle that power, its just a fact. 300 wouldnt be much slower.

The SAAB viggen was the competitor for the audi S-4 Bmw m3 and mercedes C43 AMG in road&tracks 2001 issue entitled "rare breed" the mercedes was last 4th place.....and what they failed to tell you in the article was that even though the viggen was slowest to 60 it was first to 120 mph!....That tells you that this car has amazing mid range performance that not many cars can even todays can keep up with. the car only weighs 2800 lbs and produces 260 lbf meaning it is very fast for what it is.

And no, the Viggen's curb weight is 3090 lbs.

I can agree with you about the Viggen, it was a fast car for cheap money back then, but still, compared to the diablo which this video is about, it wouldn't stand a chance!

Dude I have a friend with an E36 M3 and it has an LS1 motor in it! You do know what an LS1 is?!.....Right? My car keeps up with his and passes him at 130 mph and my car is stock! The viggen will rape an E36 20+mph and will keep pulling all the way till 150! And the Viggen is comprable to the E46 at freeway speeds and will out accellerate the M3 40+

You just need to drive one to see what I am talking about!

I also work at an auto auction and have to drive these cars daily to try and find out whats wrong with them so I have a good feel for most cars.....I find most cars run out of steam at higher speeds especially the E36! cars that are comparable include...... Evo 9  and srt-4 and cars that are slower include mazdaspeed 3, cobalt ss, VW R32, sti, mustang GT, porsche cayman, audi S4 00-02.....I have raced all these with out loss. I am not saying modified ones would not win.

I bought a 850 t5 just the otherday, my first volvo.. me and my friend were going on a test drive and the converation went sumthing like: "what the hell......................., what the fuck.......................... (long silences lol)............ wtf is this car................ whats going on, omg wtf and more long silences..)
