  • Their is no such thing as race and their is no "ultimate" group.

  • This is fantastic - best I have seen in a while. I love it!

  • What is the name of this beautiful dancer? :)

  • Comment removed

  • just beautiful

  • Actually the Spaniards do have Moorish ancestry. The Moors were mostly Arabized Muslim descendants of Hispanics.

  • beautiful!

  • Loved it very nice fusion

  • Awsome loved it !!!!!

  • whats the song name?

  • Comment removed

  • what's is her name perfect flameco arab ;)

  • Beautiful fusion!

  • the one shakira did sucks this one rules :)

  • There is one similarity I see again and again on youtube comments: people either dissecting the videos as not being 'authentic' enough or other people getting caught up race and ethnicity. What I would like to say here is...get over it! I'm here to watch the video, and really was only going to leave a note to say how lovely that dance was. A wonderful combination of Arabic and Spanish dancing...it was truely inspirational!

  • Cant Help but notice that all the people on here who are banging on about Race, are from the USA its a nation obsessed with Ethnic origins, So much so they have to ram there "pseudo Knowledge" down every ones throat even on a Performing arts page not to mention that several people have requested it stop!!

  • Is anyone listening to the music and watching the dancing instead of arguing about race (rolls eyes in disgust)? Fantastic dancing! Comments are mostly ridiculous and irrelevant...

  • interesting mixure of both dance and music but very nice :)

  • very good flamenco dancer!

  • True but alot of spaniards do have arab blood due to the Moors that colonized the southern Iberian Peninsula of Spain for nearly 800 years. Also not to mention other cultuer's as well. That explains why alot of spaniards today have brown eyes. The Romantic and exotic dancing culture of Arabs has been passed down to Spain yet to the Romans as well. When the Romans conquerd arab countires around the mediterranean sea they had explored a new culture and they would bring some of the exotic traits

  • @Knowledge1291 you just need to look at peoples, when you go to north afrika, morcco, algere etc, people look completely different to spanish,no matter arabs were once in Spain;cause Spain is been 1000 years under Romans, another 300 hundred under the visigoths and sueves, then arabs mostly on the south, and to say they look like moors is just ignorance and somehow racism.you find plently of fair and blonde people in Spain too,and even the dark ones don´t ressemble moorish at all,had to say it =)

  • super

  • I would love to perform this very inspiring dance and need permission from the choreographer Who is this beautiful women and her email addres???? Please help me your my only hope

  • Beautiful dancing..:)))))

  • Amazing thank you:))

  • I really enjoyed this dance, it was a really lovely fusion, really well executed. Thanks for posting!

  • i'm here to defend all cultured americans.we are all not like that.I normally do not like "fusion" type dances coz i think it takes away from the original roots of the artform, but i love flamenco/bellydance this i like.not the other stuff.

  • It is one of the most beautiful oriental/spanish fusions I saw! Amazing!!!

  • someone is reading to many dictionary's,anyway werent you watching it,traffic goe's both ways,,,,,options button comes to mind,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

  • Este combinacion me encanta! Wao

  • me spanish bich

  • id love to be able to do this

  • doesnt shakira kind of fuse the two styles together as well?

  • well this girl adds more of a flamenco style

  • Soooooooooo beautiful!!!!!! *

  • I love it!

  • name of song Who is singing PLEASE. (Perfavor il nombra del cantanti E Canson)

  • Fiesta Orientale -El Ayyan

  • The Spanish are The Only other Race that Give Passion to "Belly Dance"( due to their colourfull History)This girl is no Exception & does a brilliant interpreatation. I love all Spanish Dancing But the one I personaly think resembles bell Dancing the most Is "DANZA DEL FUEGO" "Exceptional Clip!" thanks 4 posting

  • I totally agree with you.

  • Could you send the link for "Danza Del Fuego"...would really love to see that one.

I was born & raise in Spain, and later America. I am Spanish, Arabic, and Turkish with a touch of Irish-American (mom)...but was raised in the Spanish/Turkish traditions.

I am proud of my heritage!

My features ARE Spanish/Turkish w/olive green eyes.

I grew up with the mix of these two beautiful cultures and love seeing their 'dance traditions' combined!

It is absolutely beautiful when done correctly!

  • Lol! The Spanish are not a race! Will people get educated for once and learn to distinguish between race and nationality. Encyclopedia: " 3 races: Negroid (Africa), Caucasoid (Europe, some parts of India), Mongoloid (Far East). Each of these races has various nationalities i.e. Vietnamese&Japanese both Mongoloid just like French&Spanish both Caucasoid. Caucasoid has 3 sub-groups: Alpine, Nordic and Mediterranean. The Spanish belong to the ultimate one.

  • finally someone who knows what the races are! i live in the US and people tell me all the time that i may "look white" but im not white because i come from spain. which is stupid.>_>... thank you for being intelligent unlike many people i know here.

  • here are the basic U.S of A stereotypes......

    all latinos are mexican.

    spaniards are mexican

    arabs are mexican or indian

all far east asian are either japanese or chinese, even if they are from cambodia

    etc

  • Heya! I was delighted to see that intelligent comment too. Whatever you do don't listen to silly Yankees (you can listen to the clever ones). White means being from Europe i.e. descended from Romans, Greeks, Celts, etc

Many Americans confuse Iberian and Hispanic due to common language. Don't ever let anyone convince you that you aren't white. Iberians are descended from Celts, Romans, Phonecians,... NOT Moors and Gypsy's no matter how what ignorant people say very few have Moor or Gypsy ancestry.

  • most from al andaluz have moor and gypsy ancestry

  • @y2takerredmachine that is not true, according to recent studies, most spaniards do not have any arabic or gypsy blood. Andalusia does have a large gypsy population, but they originally came from northern indian centuries ago...Spain had several ethnic groups and several languages.

  • @thekingofmoney2000 Not true as i head this from an andalusian.....i trust that source more than "studies"

  • @MostarMerchantess I agree that the Spaniards are obviously caucasians, even though I always prefer the Spaniards from Andalusia simply because they are more attractive to me. But also when you say Moors that shows your idiotic arrogance and prejudice, because "Moors" meaning Arabs are not a race, and are mostly considered Caucasians, for example the Levantine Arabs (Palestinian, Lebanese, and Syrians) are also caucasians as are Sicilians, and Armenians even though they have darker feautures.

  • talim1818188) colour is skin deep! Their fore people who need to refer to the colour of a persons skin are "pig ignorant" do not warrant a reply, also any one that ignorant should be pitied.

  • @talim1818188 Seriously! Im Spanish too! But people just automatically put me into the "Mexican" category, and even worse, someone asked my sister what part of MEXICO Spain was in!! Its ridiculous that a lot of people do not take the time or even care to learn about different cultures and countries. Instead, they just assume everyone is just Mexican, Indian, or Chinese. When you try to explain it to them, some just shrug it off & say "oh well, its the same thing" UGH!

  • @talim1818188 I LOVE SPAIN AND I WISH I COULD HAVE SPANISH FRIENDS :D jus wanted you to know..

  • @talim1818188 btw im Arabian

  • @phillipinangel Just curious, where do South Americans and Native Americans come into the equation?

  • "Imposible nuestro amor"?
