@OhSnapRayssa You can substitute Whipple cream with white silicon, yes. You can find it in tubes at Lowe's or Home Depot if you live in the States. But you would need to get an icing tip and attach it to the tube with tape or something. You can also find silicon in different colors as well.

They sell the Japanese versions here in the Philippines, and at the toy store I buy my sets from, they actually sell just the fruits. They also come with the rhinestones. I forgot how much they were, so that's the only information I can give you ahaha ;
