Plan and simple, Obama is not a "natural born Citizen" , he cannot or will not prove he is. So, he does not qualify according to the US Constitution and is a usurper, an illegal president.
You have to wonder, WHY Obama would rather spend over a million dollars on lawyers, instead of produceing his documents????

Hey filore...Your response is a LIE. Obama was CLEARLY born in Kenya, and his parents brought him to Hawaii, and under Hawaiian Law proceeded to obtain a "certification of Live Birth", so that he could reap the benefits of US citizenship. There IS NO LONG FORM, because IT DOES NOT EXIST. PERIOD! Why else would he spend nearly ONE MILLION DOLLARS to defend himself from having to show it. Simple. THERE IS NOT ONE....He was NOT BORN IN HAWAII, ergo, he is NOT QUALIFIED to be president.

(a) Upon application of the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such minor provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately PRECEDING birth or adoption of such child.
