I've been on SQ221. This "new" Airbus is just as junky as the old ones. Lots of vibrating luggage racks, and the entertainment system "blue screened" and crashed three times during a six hour flight. Seven minutes to reboot, with lots of angry customers.
Look at SIA competition "MH" using the old 747. You can clearly see which airline is more financially stable and a leader.
