I am naturally very thin and I eat whatever I want. A lot of people have this body type it is not a rare thing. People should stop assuming that all of these girls have extreme mental disorders. Most people even models don't have disorders. People who say that are going by stereotypes and creating a prejudice against a very real body type. Most skinny people are not sick.

also the super skinny or what most call "anorexic" girls are actually very young and don't have developed bodies.

im not against models, and i agree people can be naturally thin, but to say they are 'complete pigs that vacuum' food up and stay that thin is impossible, high metabolism or not. Its actually an obvious sign of bulimia/laxative abuse, they either throw it all up or get it out the other way. have u seen janice dickinson modelling agency when she has concern 4 a girl in the house? i have friends who have been like this. i do agree about the young models with underdeveloped bodies though.

a designer explained the whole "thin" issue as: they design the clothes on paper, so thats where they look their best - on paper. therefore, they hang in the same way as they are meant to on very thin models. also there are no wobbly bits to distract, I guess.
