Wind druids do make good chars for PvM. I've seen several wind druids that run baal just as good as hammerdins (bots of course) . A build for that would be along the lines of: hoto, stormshield w/ max block (225 dex at lvl 94), arachnids belt, 2x SoJ, magefists, treks, maras, nigma, and a 5nado 2druid skills pelt w/ delirium runeword in it.

lol...eq based on the hurricane is waste of items..no fcr at all, you would do better if you had the max fcr breakpoint wich is at 163, and the fhr breakpoint at 99, then you would pawn everyone pvm AND pvp ;)

i have played diablo for many years and had SEVERAL windies that were undefeated on their realm except OTHER wind druid that was built JUST to duel windies (still usually won) Basically, by YOURSELF, hell is easy pvm. BUT, that never HAPPENS, and stats go x4.5 with a full game. windies are MOSTLY pvp chars.ANY char ALWAYS needs max block to be its best.

ONE of the best for ele druid (besides coa, or an awesome skills/stats/res/cast circlet [usually rare] which is all-around good for EVERYONE) is a rare pelt with 1-2 sockets, 2 dru skills, 3 nado and maybe 3 sage or something if lucky with life, res, and can have 10fhr. Big thing is the socket (or 2) and fhr and res good for patching res deficiency holes which beats a mere 2 more to bo any day imo.

I personally think this build is decent for a Hurri based build, but for a nado druid u woudn't reach the 163fcr bp in my oppinion the best gear choice is

2-20-2 sheal'd circ

Maras+2x 10fcr rings and Branch w 15res/ -15 req jewel or.....2-18+druid ammy+soj&10fcr ring with hoto

35fcr spirit mon and rest of what u have

Hoto as main weapon and spirit monarch in other hand...

Crafted +2 dudu sks amu with 15-20fcr, all res etc..

A few suggestions...Helmet would be better as a rare circlet with 2 druid skills 20+ fcr and maybe some other nice mods also weapon should be perfect heart of the oak and shield perfect spiit monarch this would give a much better fcr and a bit better tornado damage and probably a bit less on hurricane damage.Just by bits but fcr is worth it.

Infinity ( conviction aura lvl 12 ) --) Lower Cold Fire Light Resist and Defence. So your tornado does way more damage to Cold-immune enemies and the ''No-Cold enemies''. With PvP char, You can do PvM. Even Fire sorc, as long it have a merc.

rofl, defense and physical damage reduction are two different things retard. conviction affects defense but not pdr. if you want to decrease pdr you need decrepify or amplify damage. tornado bypasses defense/block since its not a melee attack, meaning infinity wont do shit for its damage.

Dude can you send me your skills like the numbers and everything. Why didn't you max oak sage? And is this build the best for PvP. Isn't FCR Better, I haven't played in forever and going to come back with a druid. You only broke the 68 FCR breakpoint and there is 2 more.Also why not max resis?

as u know, the build for pvp and pvm is much different. this build is target for pvm.

the answers below are based on pvm.

1. why not oak sage, cause he has enough life and cold skills secure his safety.

2. why not more FCR, cause Tornado has 1 sec nextdelay, 13 frame casting rate is a good bp, means u can hit the target once by two cast.

3. why not max resist, cause cyclone armor can absorb 2000+ elemental damage.

if u are looking for pvp build, u need to ask for someone else.
