@karlostomy Takes maybe 10 mph wind to launch. Stability has nothing to do with wind but yes it is insanely stable because of the wing loading. 35 mph winds are no problem. 40 might even be ok.
Nice, but I want to point out one thing: That's not a loop, it's a roll. A loop is when you bring the nose over the top along the pitch axis. In the video the aircraft is spinning along the roll axis. I'm not saying one is easier than the other, just correcting the terminology.
Thats awesome Dell. Is this possible on the Bailey V5 as well or only the Flat top? I was worried my 22sm would be to small but now I see it will be fine.
@cra640 No way no how. To make these kinds of speeds you need the most powerful paramotor on the market. The Flat Top Ninja has crazy awesome power. I will offer the V5 as an option on the Flat Top for those that want a bit better fuel economy but most people in the USA want lightweight and powerful and right now nothing even comes close to the Ninja. It is soooo dang sweeet!! Have you flown one yet?!!
@nerblebun Correct that is weight shift. Brakes create drag so I use weight shift to control direction so I can attain as much speed as possible. Plus the brake range on the 8sm Morpheus is so insanely small I don't want to risk stalling it as that would be quite an adventure as well lol. It's much better than the X10 though. I flew the X10 almost completely without any hands on the controls at all. The 8sm is actually quite flyable. Once I got some time on it I was confident to loop it.

Yeah that is one coool video.
Couple of questions, Dell:
1. Can you launch that wing in zero wind? If not, then how much minimum wind is required for you to launch it?
2. Is this smaller wing more stable when there is more wind?
3. What's the max wind speed you could fly this wing in?

how fast can that wing youre flying go when youre flying with no wind.

I notice you cross your legs while flying. Is that because you're relaxed or does that help overcome the torque of the paramotor ?
