Vince Carter took a shitty team to the playoffs too (2004-05 Nets). And he did it with Richard Jefferson missing the entire second half of the season. The Nets were like 13-4 or 14-3 over their last 17 games, with Vince averaging over 30 PPG in those games.

As did his worthless cousin T-Mac who I used to think was great until my team, the Rockets, started playing much better once he took himself out of this season. T-Mac, what a waste of greatness. clutch literally means to seize with the hands/grasp...
but in basketball a double clutch almost always means a double pump shot, in which the shooter jumps, moves his arms once in a shooting motion, but hesitates, usually coming back down with the arms to avoid a defender/look good, then he shoots before his feet hit the ground...hope that helps lol
