@avicky56 hey, i just got hired there. It is basically 60% looks and 40% other (personality, work ethic, how you answer the questions, kindness, ect.) Don't freak out. In my interview I was cheesy as hell and Im a shy person but the main factor they consider is how you will model the clothes, unless your impact. Its all cool. Why are you planning on applying?

@stephmarie115 no it is NOT true. Yes, nearly all associates are fit and look decent in the clothing...but you don't have to be a stick to work there. All the people I work with are pretty athletic and wear mediums, size sixes, eights in bottoms and look amazing in them. Remember that people are different heights and body weights so the term skinny needs to just be thrown in the garbage because the company looks for diversity and people that represent the company and clothing well.
