I strongly agree with u that there are indian and other agents behind it BUT. To commit sucide blast u need a person strogly motivated or brain washed by religious belief of going to heaven, money cannot force u to do sucide blast. These true or fake taliban provide the religious fuel to this concept and provide human resource to it. Do Afghan fighters need training? so forget training. Financing comes part drug trade, part extortion, and of course, historically provided by ISI. Weapons supplied in abundance by Americans and ISI during soviet era fighting and part locally manufactured (Peshawar), partly looted from American convoys.
