That's not a Choppers, it's a Bobber. Bobbed rear fender, short forks, stock rake and length frame,, Bobber. Choppers are long forks, stretched frame re- raked, rigid frame. I have ridden both, I'll roll a chopper every time.

@Nicodemus98 well you're half right...you dont need a crazy rake and 12 over forks to be a chopper, but this bike in the video certainly leans toward bobber, considering the floorboards, bobbed fender stock front end etc.
