I just happened on your great videos yesterday, but didn't see this very sad one until today. That is a great tribute that you made, and I know it had to have been really difficult to make.

How long where they gone before you noticed them not around? They probably chased a bear off a few miles. Was it a new claim where they came up missing......is there any pits, holes, or caves, that they could of fell in to......I feel for you man

Aww bro that's not cool. I'm really sorry to hear they've gone missing. The same happened to me (Not on a claim, but urban). She was spotted over 20 miles away, there were many calls to the SPCA about her. She found her way back though...

Never doubt your dogs, if it's possible to do it... they will find there way back.

Such a drag, I hope another pair take up the opening soon. Lost my cat to a car in front of me a month ago. It's hard when there is not one reason for something happening but the time we have is what to remember.

another good trick is to piss on the ground and walk in it!! then go through were they were.i used to loose my dogs a lot as therd chase pigs for miles so i got some tracking collars"witch arnt 100%" and somethimes its crazy how far they can go in 15-20 minits let alone hours or days.if the area u r in is remote thers a very good chance they will be walking ther own path stoping in the same places to sleep etc also sometimes they become weary of people even the boss!.

hey darcy i wouldnt give up iv lost my dogs lots of times though the longst was 6 weeks if therv gone off chaseing something they may not be together also sometimes when dogs get lost they get a beat going on the best thing to do is cut straight through were they went missing or were u think they went leave your jacket or somthing at the end and only go back to that spot if they dont show up within a week do the same again in a differnt spot. dont wander aimlessly around as it will confuse thm

How very sad that they are missing/lost. I have lost pets & its so hard. That's why I dont have a pet now. Someone most likely took them in. my Fathers hunting dogs would always end up at someones house... I'm so sorry for your loss...
