  • "Ideal Cadence" is subjective. It's idiotic to say that everyone should pedal between 60 and 90 rpm. If you want to make a video, do so, but don't try to tell people that they should pedal at any given speed. that's ridiculous.

  • THE most useless tip I've ever seen! No such thing as "correct" revolutions per minute! Ride a bike and pedal at a comfortable pace. You need to physically ride to find out how quickly to pedal, watching videos like this wont help!
