are they good to eat? at work we have seen groups of 8 to 10 turkey every day, every time its a different group because around the area there's 2 types of turkeys, short legs and long leg, the long legs looks exactly like these in the video.
I've heard that too, but at least on this occasion none of them did that. Of course, who knows if what they did once they went further down the road ;^)
What I was really hoping for was a Foster Farms ad. Yes, any interpretation of the turkeys you care to add (the presidential campaign, youtube, etc.) is perfectly fitting and welcome.
so u were travelling by car with your family and then someone turned you guys into turkeys and it forced you all to continue your journey by walking. You all seemed very annoyed by this. My question is was it renettos revenge? Was it a lightning bolt or what happened?
Well, you figured what happened pretty accurately. I don't think Renetto did it to us, though. He's not quite that powerful. I'm pretty sure it had something to do with some of my political videos.
so u were travelling by car with your family and then someone turned you guys into turkeys and it forced you all to continue your journey by walking. You all seemed very annoyed by this. My question is was it renettos revenge? Was it a lightning bolt or what happened?
Thanks for showing this. We don't come across them here in Europe . How on earth do they survive? They don't seem very wild or ferocious. Do they taste good ?
I hear that the wild ones are yummy, but most of the turkey I've eaten has been farm raised. Not ferocious, but not very nice either. I guess they survive on small bugs and worms and plants they find around the woods!
I think I did hear something like that, that big birds are the closest living relatives to certain dinosaurs (not the lizards, like we usually assume). I don't know. I need more wild turkey...
Only if I can find a royalty-free version of the song... It was quite funny and unreal to have them come out of nowhere, boss us off the road then march down the the road looking for another car to terrorize.
Thanksgiving has come a little early at the Kenrg house this year... I hope you next video is showing you carve the suckers up with a little stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy on the side...
Especially when you're just trying to drive up the road and you're forced to pull over because of turkeys all over the road. If I'd been out looking for turkeys, this wouldn't have been so interesting.
Incredible! The deer don't usually come around here till later at night, so I'm never able to get any footage of them. I guess I need to invest in some night-shooting gear, then I can get the deer, the raccoons, the coyotes, the skunks, ... I just don't want to come face to face with another mountain lion. Them, I avoid.
They are beautiful creatures and should not be looked on as something to eat! It made me chilly with all that rain coming down. Please, just shoot them with your camera!
Eat some brussel sprouts for dinner! (with a side of chick peas and beans for protein)
Well, cameras are all that I ever shoot with. Actually, these are wild animals, and so are not really something to eat. And they were huge too, really beautiful. Did you catch the one with the blue shade to his face?
I know I'm just being sick, but I can't look at these guys without asking myself, "Roasted or barbequed?" If you're coming on July 4, it will definitely be barbeque.
I used to have a pet turkey called hector. Things were great til he started laying eggs... then he became hectreen! Poor thing bailed our of a lorry heading for the turkey farm, he lived happily with us for 8 years!!! Thanks for reminding me kenrg
How funny! I wouldn't think they'd make great pets, but one with enough character to escape from the truck to the farm might make me change my mind. Thanks!
Well, I swear, this video of turkeys squaking in the rain is NOT a commentary on the presidential elections. Really. It's just some stuff I shot with my wife and she wanted to see it posted.
Soggy and Angry turkeys. I'd heard that turkeys are so dumb that they'll look up at the rain with their mouths open and drown. Didn't happen this day though.
I'll name that one dinner, that one to the left Thanksgiving, and that big one there...deep fried.

kenrg 3 years ago
Lol, okay. I was waiting to see if any of them would drown themselves in the rain. I guess it's not true that they're that stupid.

I feel the possibility for a new phrase to be coined...."as noisey as a turkey in the rain"..who know
WorkingRevolution 3 years ago
I suspect they'd be just as noisy if weren't raining, but it is a descriptive catch phrase. Thanks!
kenrg 3 years ago
I've never seen a bunch of turkeys so noisy, but should I regard that Honda advertisement as part of this company of wet turkeys?
