The makers of this clip were Fabio Cavadini and Mandy King. It was done in Sydney Australia in 1994 at 'Art Resistance'.

The film maker's name is Fabio ( I can't recall the surname) and he mainly used archival stuff he got from a still-current Bougainville support group based in Sydney. I've alerted them to your comment, Sarmonster, so hopefully they'll post contact details soon. - Alistair H.
