It is purely music, and beautiful music at that.

I was shocked when he said I drew my blade to cut this bastard down. I was like "Noooo you wrote such a beautiful song. You are such an amazing lyricist you didn't need to use a swear word".

I have no problem with the use of swear words but I don't understand why he felt the need to use it.

The melody and harmonizing in this song (like with so many of their others) is absolutely enchanting-they manage to create an atmosphere that is morose and even grief-filled, yet with a sense of hope underlying it......which is what being a Christian in this fallen world seems to be. Hectic stuff this....
