Layne seems way more likeable here than the rest of these guys. No offense, but they're all acting like such douches and are being pretty rude to fans. I felt especially bad for the guy asking about "frog", he seemed so intimidated.
Such a shame about Staley, he seemed like such a sensitive soul.
I think most bands seem to give fuck-around answers to most questions after a certain amount of time of being out and about. You can only give the same answer to the same questions a certain amount of times before it gets old. They probably just didn't want to be boring. Layne on the other hand was out of the public eye for about 3 years at that point. it seemed like he was having a good day and was probably more willing to answer questions in a legit fashion. I don't think they're douche-bags.

There's a picture from November 2001 I think. But no one will ever see it.
All the members of AiC attended the Grammys in 1997. Their song Again was nominated for best hard rock performance, but didn't win. It lost to The Smashing Pumpkins, I think. I'd just like to see some footage from those grammys. Maybe it showed Layne in the crowd, sitting with his band members. I also want to see the picture of him holding his newborn nephew 5 months before he died.
Yes, we are interested in tragic stuff, and also I've been searching for late Staley pictures. I've found a couple, maybe from 1997. Guess there isn't any public photos of him during 98-02. But I was so curious, that I searched a picture of a random decomposed body. I wonder if fans could handle seeing Layne in such shape. Or the time he weighed ca. 90 pounds.
i googled the other day Staley grammys. And i got 2 pictures. One had him sitting with his bandmates. The other was a fan taking a picture on Broadway in the street after show. Layne was wearing a silver jacket. Looked pale and shaven

whats sad is the was the biggest lie of laynes life, he wasnt happy, ever since his gf died, he got into the drugs even more, and thats when he eventually died in 2002, he wieghted 86 lbs
That would be a tough question to answer any way you look at it for Layne. The band members were pissed because he wouldnt work and he was basically put out on a limb for a answer to get attacked.
