It's the CN rail and CP locomotives. It's sharing time in Canada. The best use of precious infrastructure. Running goods on the best line for the biggest return. I believe this means less waiting times for train in regards to head on meets, amongst other things.
Mostly likely a CN Crew though, CP and CN trade some trains in Boston Bar for easier movments, CP taking CN grain trains and CN taking CP Potash trains which end up in North Vancouver via CN and BNSF railway lines.
