Clay pigeons are one thing but I don't agree with live shoots. However, I don't see that you're protesting anything. I don't see any protest signs or organized gatherings. All I see is someone hiding in the woods or shooting video of people in hope of putting thier faces or information on the internet. What do you hope to achieve? Showing someones license or face on youtube and calling them a coward is little more than harassment and not going to achieve the result you want.

If I were going to partake in live pigeon shooting, I would invest in a larger property where the shooting line simply cannot be seen by SHARK. With 25 acres of heavily wooded property, unless you charter a real airplane and take that massive lense you won't be seeing anything.

I am a lifelong sportsman and hunter. I am not a fan of "canned hunts" and cannot see much sport in them but the life and death of animals used in them is not much more or less traumatic for the animal than those millions which are raised specifically for slaughter.

Pigeons are considered a "pest species" and along with starlings and English sparrows may be taken year-round in most states. Rural grain-fed pigeons make for good eating. Wasted resources are not what hunting sport is about.

I will agree what they're doing is not good. I would fully support a petition to force them to use the dead bodies in some way or at least kill the animals with some dignity. But you don't harass them when they're just going about their day. take footage of the shoots and dead bodies (which it seems they are ok with) and use that as your evidence. What is your goal in identifying them even? Isn't this legal?

@SHARKonlineorg Apparently, in PA, if a deer runs in your way while driving on the road you are supposed to hit it. I have a friend who almost hit a buck but hit the brakes and slid outof control, totaling the car. That's just wrong people could get killed hitting deer. Hitting them is no way to reduce their population.

@yipikayee Every bird they shoot without immediately killing is animal cruelty which is undoubtedly illegal. Any bird they kill outright is being 'allowed' by the state through a loophole in the gamebird/domestic fowl regulations. Very few birds are killed outright. The birds are also denied food and water for days before the shoots in order to weaken them for when they're launched and that is animal cruelty, illegal, as well.
