To explain all of the dumb-ass complains of the size of the city, it's because it's not much developed like right now, all of the buildings more higher, and bigger areas, that explains there's more agriculture parts, other than industrial sections (restaurants, business, stores, refineries)

restricting the agriculture sections of the city, and the countryside.
