  • I always use bare hands to shred the crap outta the foam. Sometimes hit it with a lighter to make it hardsurfaced. if you add wee bits of sand and drywall compound before paint it looks CHOICE For concrete effects use spraypaint. it will eat into the foam a bit and look like sidewalk.

  • Thats the left side of the desk the right side is a disaster area:)

  • ur work desk is cleaner than mine too

nice stuff thanks for the tips

  • What brushes do you use?

  • Hi! you want to use a shorter brush with meduim to stiff brisles. Alot of how your dry brushing works is based on the direction and the presure you put on the brush as well as the surface texture. A hard fast rule is the the less texture the drier the brush and the lighter the presure. The greater the texture the weter the brush and you can use more presure. ALWAYS remmember to go with a lighter presure with each layer of drybrushing. Excellent question by the way!

  • No problem like I said its recognition you truly deserve. Thank God for people like you because then I don't feel like I'm the only one out here doing this kind of stuff. I don't think people appreciate all the little pearls of wisdom you drop as you make terrain on your vids. I'll be putting up some tyranid terrain tommorow and I'd love to hear what you think. I'm wading through your giant aray of videos. Some I watch a couple times so it will take a wile to cover them all. Keep in touch man:)

  • Heh heh, I was watching one of your vids last night and was enviously thinking, "I wish I could think of shit like that."

Your workspace is far too neat and organized, lawl. I think workin' in my area would drive you crazy. I use the "pile" method of storage.

Thanks for the nod in my direction. Makes doing this stuff worthwhile.

Thanks for the vid too as I sent it to a guy this morning asking for a vid on making rocks.

  • Thanks so much I should have some tyranid stuff tonight. I hope you check it out!!! take care and have a GREAT rest of your weekend:)

  • amazing videa as always. Looks fantastic

  • Thanks he really is! The ideas Steve comes up with continually amazes me!
