This may have been settled but I didn't read all the comments. First Pheobe is not a Border Collie, she is either mostly Australian Shepard or full Aussie who had the audacity to be born with a tail and/or not to have an owner mean enough to have her tail docked. Reminds me so much of Sloopy, my Aussie who was my closest companion until her death from cancer. Thanks for stirring up my beautiful memories.
@jimoremb : This is a pure breed Border Collie!!! I know it looks like an Australian shepherd because of its colour but border collies can be blue merle tan aswell!!!
where did you learn to train? Ive seen another woman who trains puppies like this- is there a book or video? I'd love to train my border collie tricks- he's very sensitive and shuts down- and i think he'd gain some confidence if he learned this
